FIrstray is a distribution and general trading company. Established in 2015 in Erbil, Iraq. It started with 10 employees and 5 distribution centre in Iraq and now over 300 employee work under its leadership and it has more than 26 distribution centre in Iraq’s governorates. When consumers reach for everyday products, there’s a good chance the brand they pick is one of ours. Over the last 4 years firstray obtained 4 exclusive distribution contracts ranging from local manufacturers to international manufacturers. Established by its owner MR. Bassam Dhari Alhadithi an Iraqi experienced businessman who has over 20 years of experience in commerce and trading in Iraq, Syria, Jordan and Egypt. Established by its owner MR. Sales:

The Sales Operation is the heart and soul of the company. 5 Brand Managers, 2 Area Sales Managers, 26 Sales supervisors and 150 Order takers. The main office of the company is in Erbil and we have over 26 sales offices in other provinces.

Our sales team cover all of Iraq’s provinces, cities and suburbs.

2017 reached 35% growth compared to 2015.

Marketing:

Our marketing department has a marketing research section responsible for conducting market researches and studies to support the sales system. There is also the marketing and advertisement section which is responsible for the yearly marketing plan and visibility of our products. Our marketing plan range from free cases, promotional items, outdoor advertisement, event participation and Radio as well as TVC.

More than 2000000 american dollars were reserved for the marketing budget of 2017.

Accounting:

The accounting department help coordinate and organise all the sales of the company. It is our supervision department over the other departments.

Information Technology(IT):

Managing the company Network, Internet stability, troubleshoots a multi-user computing environment, developing and managing Sales Solution (MFORCE). Information Technology department support the employees and develop their scales in deferent computer programs.
